About Cllr Kevin Breen
A fresh, independent voice for Clontarf
Co-opted to Dublin City Council on 18 December 2024 to represent Clontarf LEA, replacing Barry Heneghan after his election to the Dáil. Proposed by Cllr Nial Ring.
Fourth-generation Clontarf and Dublin man. Childhood classmate of Barry Heneghan TD. Former Clontarf FC player. Works locally alongside Heneghan.
Like Barry, I offer this chamber a fresh perspective; a young voice, an independent voice. I fully intend to use my voice to fight for my community and the people that I represent.
